The luminescent hydrogen-bonded organic framework (HOF) based films have become one of the most remarkable materials for optical application, thus, developing facile synthesis methods and establishing multifunctional applications for HOF-based luminescent materials are essential. Herein, a dual-emitting Eu3+-functionalized HOF hydrogel film ( 1 ) is fabricated successfully. 1 emits a blue-green long afterglow when turning off the UV lamp, and the long afterglow lifetime gets to 1.99 s. 1 performs great selectivity, high sensitivity, and low detection limit toward ofloxacin and flumequine, and the sensing toward ofloxacin and flumequine is in accord with the chroma and ratio modes. The fluorescent response mechanisms of 1  toward ofloxacin and flumequine are investigated in depth, which are further utilized to build an anticounterfeiting platform with high-level security. The film-based anticounterfeiting platform can conduct information encryption on demand inline with different fluorescent responses and can also fetch specific information by controlling the long afterglow intensity and excited light. This study not only provides a representative case of the fabrication of dual-emitting Eu3+-functionalized HOF-based hydrogel film but also opens the possibility of HOF-based film as intelligent luminescent materials with multifunctionalities.  相似文献

The in situ axial X-ray diffraction patterns of four ceramic powder samples (MgO, Al2O3, AlN, and cBN) that were compressed in a diamond anvil cell under uniaxial non-hydrostatic conditions were recorded. The microscopic deviatoric stress as a function of the pressure was determined from the X-ray diffraction peak broadening analysis: the curves increased approximately linearly with the pressure at the initial compression stage and then levelled off under further compression. Pressure-induced transparency was observed in all of the samples under compression, and the pressure at the turning point on the curves of the microscopic deviatoric stress versus pressure corresponded to the pressure at which the samples became transparent. Analysis of the microstructural features of the pressure-induced transparent samples indicated that the compression caused the grains to fracture, and the broken grains bonded with each other. We demonstrated that the ceramics’ pressure-induced transparency was a process during which the grains were squeezed and broken, the pores were close between the grains, and the broken grains were re-bonded under compression.  相似文献

Biocompatibility of six different compression stockings and cytotoxic effects were determined using HaCaT keratinocytes, L929 mouse fibroblasts, primary adult and juvenile keratinocytes Cells were quantified using a luminometric ATP assay and the photometric BCA test. Cytotoxic effects were determined by LDH release. An area-based extraction ratio of 1.25 cm2:mL could be shown to be superior to the weight-based extraction of test material. Extraction medium should be an acidic sweat solution as this helps to recreate in vivo conditions. Monolayer cultures of HaCaT keratinocytes or L929 mouse fibroblasts should be used for testing. Primary adult keratinocytes or primary juvenile keratinocytes can also be used. For the latter, testing under DMEM with FCS is recommended to achieve comparable results. It was found that the compression stockings tested exhibited no negative influence on cell viability in vitro and no direct cytotoxic effects measured as release of LDH. Hence, good biocompatibility could be asserted.  相似文献

We propose an in-process height measurement system for a weld bead and feedback control system for wire-feeding speed for high-quality laser deposition. Metal additive manufacturing, especially laser metal-wire deposition, is effective for complex shape fabrication and repair processing. However, we must control the gap between a weld bead and a feed wire in an optimal range for high-quality deposition. Conventionally, the Z-stage pitch for multi-layer deposition must be precisely adjusted by each deposition shape. In this paper, we design an in-process height measurement system that is integrated in a laser processing head, which measures the weld bead height by a line section method. We decreased the influence of the intense thermal radiation generated from a melt pool by inserting the band-pass filter of the line beam's wavelength in the imaging system and optimizing its line laser power. Consequently, our system can measure the weld bead height near the melt pool, which is 4 mm in front of it. Next we show that our proposed system can measure the weld bead height during wire-laser metal deposition with 50-μm accuracy by comparing its value to the true value. Finally, we achieved a cylinder shape deposition of 50-mm height, regardless of the Z-stage pitch and the cylinder diameter of the multi-layer deposition, by controlling the wire-feeding speed based on the measured weld bead height.  相似文献

含V型相交裂隙岩体的力学特性及破坏模式试验   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为深入了解V型相交裂隙岩体试件的力学特性和裂纹演化规律,采用MTS815电液伺服控制试验机对含不同夹角V型相交裂隙岩体试件进行了常规单轴压缩试验,基于试验结果,详细分析了试件的应力-应变曲线、强度与变形特性、裂纹演化与破坏模式及能量耗散特征。研究结果表明:①裂隙试件的应力-应变曲线进入裂纹萌生与扩展阶段早于完整试件,在峰前出现了明显的应力降现象,在峰后破坏阶段,完整试件表现为应力-应变曲线的快速跌落,而裂隙试件呈现台阶状多阶段性跌落,甚至缓慢水平下降,体现出明显的延性破坏特征;②裂隙试件的峰值应力、弹性模量和峰值应变均有明显减小。峰值强度和弹性模量随裂隙夹角的增加呈先增大后减小的变化趋势。轴向峰值应变主要受裂隙夹角的影响,总体随夹角的增大呈线性减小的趋势;③裂隙的存在能够完全改变岩体试件的破坏模式,随着裂隙夹角的逐渐增加,裂隙试件破坏模式的演化过程为:台阶式张拉-剪切复合破坏(30°)→张拉-八字形剪切复合破坏(60°)→台阶式平行双斜面剪切破坏(90°)。当裂隙夹角为60°时,试件的裂纹演化和破坏模式体现出对加载方向近似的结构对称性特征;④相交裂隙试件单轴压缩破坏的弹性应变能、耗散能、总能量和能量耗散率均较完整试件有大幅度的减小。裂隙试件产生的裂纹数量越多,试件表面的脱落现象越明显,耗散能和能量耗散率也越大。拉-剪复合破坏比单纯剪切破坏要消耗更多的能量。试件的破坏特征和破坏模式能很好地反映试件的能量耗散特性。  相似文献

针对红岭铅锌矿分级充填骨料来源不足、地表废石堆积污染环境的情况,提出将该矿选厂产生的全尾砂和地表废石作为充填骨料的联合胶结充填方案。分别测试了全尾砂和地表废石的物理化学性质,验证了碎石和全尾砂作为联合充填骨料的可行性。通过充填配比试验,分析了不同配比全尾砂废石充填体强度特性,得出了最佳充填配比。结果表明,充填试块的强度随灰砂比减小而减小,随养护龄期增加呈增大趋势,随充填料浆质量浓度增大而增大,最佳配比为: 胶结充填灰砂比1∶8、普通充填灰砂比1∶12,全尾砂∶废石配比4∶6,质量浓度78%。根据研究结果,在红岭铅锌矿进行了全尾砂废石充填技术工业应用,证实该技术可行。  相似文献

A mechanically robust, ultraelastic foam with controlled multiscale architectures and tunable mechanical/conductive performance is fabricated via 3D printing. Hierarchical porosity, including both macro‐ and microscaled pores, are produced by the combination of direct ink writing (DIW), acid etching, and phase inversion. The thixotropic inks in DIW are formulated by a simple one‐pot process to disperse duo nanoparticles (nanoclay and silica nanoparticles) in a polyurethane suspension. The resulting lightweight foam exhibits tailorable mechanical strength, unprecedented elasticity (standing over 1000 compression cycles), and remarkable robustness (rapidly and fully recover after a load more than 20 000 times of its own weight). Surface coating of carbon nanotubes yields a conductive elastic foam that can be used as piezoresistivity sensor with high sensitivity. For the first time, this strategy achieves 3D printing of elastic foam with controlled multilevel 3D structures and mechanical/conductive properties. Moreover, the facile ink preparation method can be utilized to fabricate foams of various materials with desirable performance via 3D printing.  相似文献

Distributed compressed video sensing (DCVS) is a framework that integrates both compressed sensing and distributed video coding characteristics to achieve a low-complexity video coding. However, how to design an efficient joint reconstruction by leveraging more realistic signal models is still an open challenge. In this paper, we present a novel optimal-correlation-based reconstruction method for compressively sampled videos from multiple measurement vectors. In our method, the sparsity is mainly exploited through inter-signal correlations rather than the traditional frequency transform, wherein the optimization is not only over the signal space to satisfy data consistency but also over all possible linear correlation models to achieve minimum-l1-norm correlation noise. Additionally, a two-phase Bregman iterative based algorithm is outlined for solving the optimization problem. Simulation results show that our proposal can achieve an improved reconstruction performance in comparison to the conventional approaches, and especially, offer a 0.7–9.9 dB gain in the average PSNR for DCVS.  相似文献

We investigated the compressed-sensing (CS)-based deblurring framework incorporated with the total-variation (TV) regularization penalty for effective image deblurring of high accuracy in x-ray imaging. We implemented the proposed algorithm and performed a systematic experiment to demonstrate its viability for image deblurring in x-ray nondestructive testing. We obtained x-ray images of several selected electronic components at an x-ray tube condition of 80 kVp and 1.25 mAs and investigated the imaging characteristics in terms of the noise power spectrum and the modulation. We expect the proposed deblurring method to be applicable to improve the image characteristics considerably in x-ray nondestructive testing.  相似文献

The objective of this research was to analyse the differences in the dissipated energy under uniaxial tension and biaxial tension–compression load of fibre reinforced concretes using the Wedge Splitting Test. Under biaxial load the specimens were subjected to compressive stress ratios from 10% to 50% of the concrete compressive strength perpendicular to the direction of the tensile load.Under biaxial tension–compression load the energy dissipation capacity of the specimens decreases compared to the uniaxial tension load case on average 20–30%. It is believed that the decrease is a result of the damage mechanism of the concrete matrix and deterioration of the fibre–matrix and/or aggregate–cement paste interfaces in case the section is additionally loaded with compression stresses. This indicates that dimensioning of concrete elements under biaxial stress states using material parameters obtained from tests conducted on specimens under uniaxial tensile load is unsafe and could potentially lead to a non-conservative design.In the second part of this paper the extent of the fracture process zone under uniaxial tension and biaxial tension–compression load will be examined with the Acoustic Emission technique and the reasons for decrease of the energy dissipation capacity under biaxial load will be further discussed.  相似文献
